After premiering at New York’s Visionfest Film Festival and winning top honors for Sound Design earlier this month, THE SOUND has now won entry into the New Jersey International Film Festival and the Female Eye Film Festival (FeFF) where it will have its Canadian premiere.
In the short film, Eileen plays “Mom” to the protagonist in a critical flashback in his life.
Calling it an “innovative short film”, this is how the festivals describe it: When a man makes a critical decision to protect the woman he loves, the urban soundscape of New York turns from a musical score into an indictment of his choices.
