WELCOME to Eileen Faxas Intergalactic Headquarters.... where

the forces of theatre, television and red hair collide and tangle.

Eileen is now in rehearsals at San Diego’s North Coast Repertory Theatre for the world premiere play BECOMING CUBA, written by rising star playwright Melinda Lopez.  And she is, as the kids say, psyched!  That is, of course, assuming kids still say that...

Then later this year, Eileen makes the leap to the big screen in the Kate Winslet/Tobey Maguire film “Labor Day”.

All this comes after a busy 2012, which included touring with MAMMA MIA!, making an Off-Broadway debut, and recording a concept album for a new Will Holt musical. 

A 3-time Emmy Award-winning reporter, Eileen left TV news for the stage, but still finds her way back to TV through  commercials and the occasional Kevin Bacon crime drama.

Did we mention she’s also a songwriter with bilingual music?

Lastly but not leastly, no visit to Faxaslandia is complete without reading her *magnificentcommedia of a BLOG.
